Return Policy: Since all our products are edible items, they cannot be returned once shipped.
Damaged Package: We are aware that packages are not given adequate consideration by delivery providers. We send the jar with additional security because of this. In the past, only 1 out of every 100 shipments has arrived damaged to the buyer.
If that's the case for you, we'll replace your pickles at no additional cost.
We advise you to snap a photo of the broken order and toss the broken jar.
